Our Shipping Policy is designed to ensure your precious greenery arrives at your doorstep safely and promptly. We are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience that matches the high standards of our products.

Shipping Destinations:

We proudly ship our curated collection of luxury plants to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations. We are continuously evaluating our capabilities and hope to expand our shipping reach in the future. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may vary depending on order volume, the complexity of packaging required for certain plant species, and weather conditions. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always notify you via email if we anticipate any significant delays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable carriers to provide reliable and efficient shipping. The shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days) This option is suitable for most plant types and includes meticulous packaging to protect your plant throughout transit.

  • Express Shipping: (1-3 business days) Available for time-sensitive deliveries or when you want your plant to arrive sooner.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier disruptions. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates while ensuring the safety and protection of your plants.

Packaging:

We employ specialized packaging techniques to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Each plant is carefully wrapped, secured within custom-fit boxes, and cushioned with protective materials. This rigorous packaging process is essential to maintain the plant’s integrity and ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Tracking Your Order:

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This number allows you to track your shipment online and stay updated on its delivery progress.

Special Considerations:

  • Live Plants: Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we recommend that you unpack your plants as soon as they arrive. Please refer to our care guide available on our website (brighthato.com/plantcare) for optimal plant care instructions.

  • Weather Conditions: Extreme weather conditions (either heat or cold) can be detrimental to live plants during transit. Brighthato reserves the right to delay shipping during severe weather periods to ensure your plants’ safety. We will contact you immediately if your order needs to be delayed for this reason.

  • Damage During Shipping: Although we take great care in packaging, sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If your plant arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Brighthato is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
