However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free. Due to the natural variation in plants, slight differences in color, size, and texture may occur. All images provided are for illustrative purposes and may not be a perfect representation of the actual product.

Prices: All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before a purchase is completed.

Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential delays with carriers and uncontrollable external factors such as inclement weather.

Shipping Insurance: Optional shipping insurance is offered at checkout, for an additional fee, to protect against damages or losses during transit.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our Refund and Return Policy.
Cancellation Fees: In the event that we can cancel an order before it is shipped, a 5% processing fee will be applied.

Out-of-Stock: Although we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, products may occasionally be out of stock. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will promptly notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for the product to become available (if possible).
3.7. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for purchased products passes to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items that occur during transit, unless shipping insurance is purchased during the checkout process.
3.8. Warranties
Limited Warranty: We offer a limited 7 day warranty on the quality of our plants, provided they are not damaged during transit (as reported within 24 hours) or through improper care after receipt by the customer. This limited warranty does not cover issues resulting from neglect, mishandling, or inadequate care by the customer.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3.9. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightHato will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to your purchase of products from us. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Act of God: We are not responsible for any damages caused by uncontrollable circumstances, such as inclement weather, acts of God, accidents, natural disasters, and shipping delays not caused by us.

You agree to use our website and purchase our products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
